<LI><FONT size=3>Tougaloo College (Tougaloo, MS)</FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT size=3>Jackson State University (Jackson, MS)</FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT size=3>Alcorn State University (Lorman, MS)</FONT></LI>
<LI><FONT size=3>Southern University and A&amp;M College (Baton Rouge, LA)</FONT></LI></UL>
